APCA - Agência de Promoção da Cultura Atlântica is an agency that works on the promotion of the Atlantic culture. APCA intends to extend its board of action by bringing the territories with which it develops projects, namely outermost regions and Macaronesia, to increase the quantity and quality of the projects and their contents.
