Marlene Vieira holds a Master's in Business Management, with a minor in Corporate Finance, from Universidade Europeia, where her thesis addressed conflict mitigation in startup–investor relationships within the Portuguese-speaking entrepreneurial ecosystem. She also holds a Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon. With nearly two decades of experience in management positions, she has always worked at the intersection of people and numbers, across an industrial SME, consultancy firms and technology startups, in roles such as CFO, Talent Manager and Project Manager. Since 2020, she has worked as an independent consultant and mentor, identifying national and EU funding opportunities, preparing funding applications and managing project execution from the idea to the field. A certified trainer with over 1,000 hours delivered in management and soft skills, she is the author of the book "Como Negociar na Prática".
